Event Details

In three hours, the Pitch Bootcamp will help you refine your startup idea, improve your pitching skills, and recruit potential cofounders. Join us for a fun evening.

What is the Pitch Bootcamp?

The Pitch Bootcamp provides expert advice with real-world practice. The evening begins with talks by leading startup Founders designed to help you come up with and refine your ideas, and well as improve your pichting skills. Then, you pitch in front of both experts and your peers to receive constructive feedback. The evening format is based on the best practices of the Founder Institute, the largest pre-seed incubator in the world. 

Who Should Attend?

  • Anyone who has an idea or an early-stage company that wants to improve their pitch.
  • Anyone that is interested in joining a new startup as a cofounder or early team member.
  • Anyone interested in learning about the Founder Institute.

Who will be Speaking?
The Local Director of the Founder Institute, as well as some of the program's highest rated Mentors, will speak and provide feedback on company pitches. Confirmed speakers include:

  • David Culver, Co-Founder & CEO of Extraordinary Success, LLC - David is an entrepreneur and angel investor, who has launched, co-founded and invested in several fast growth companies and has ownership interest in a number of companies across several industries.  David has a great amount of experience in evaluating companies, identifying growth opportunities and helping passionate entrepreneurs grow their companies to new heights of success. David is the Co-Founder and CEO of Extraordinary Success, LLC which creates and hosts a powerful series of events such as Funding Feeding Frenzy and provides consulting support for entrepreneurs to be more successful in growing their businesses.   David is the Co-Founder of Forward Momentum, LLC which is a rapidly growing manufacturer and online niche retailer with multiple brands, including GnomeFrenzy.com, MascotFrenzy.com and UltimateSportsDecor.com.  David is the Co-Founder & acting CMO of UEO Ventures, a company specializing in Unique, Eco-Friendly and Organic essentials and has the popular fast growth brands of MyHealthyPuppy.com & MyHealthyKitten.com.
  • George Deeb, Managing Partner of Red Rocket Partners - George has a passion for start-ups and formalized his consulting efforts as the Founder and Managing Partner of Red Rocket in 2010.  From 2009-2010, George was the CEO of MediaRecall, a B2B digital video services and technology business.   George lead the sale of the business to Deluxe in February 2010 at up to a 10x return on invested capital. George helped to build a $25MM sales pipeline from big brand entertainment clients and cut a strategic content monetization and strategic distribution relationship with Getty Images. Between 1999-2008, George was the Founder and CEO of iExplore.com, the #1 adventure travel website with over 1MM visitors per month (now a division of TUI Travel PLC, the largest seller of leisure travel in the world).   iExplore was a venture backed business, including a strategic relationship with National Geographic. 

What is the Founder Institute?
